You can set Gmail IMAP Settings for Outlook by opening Gmail on the PC, tap on the option of Settings, and then See all settings. Now press the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Here in the “IMAP Access” section, you can choose Enable IMAP and tap to Save Changes. If it doesn’t work then you can set up Gmail IMAP settings in the Outlook desktop application by opening Outlook and click on the File tab that is in the top-left corner. Here on the Account Information page, press on the option of Add Account. Check https://itprospt.com/setup-gmail-in-outlook-2016 this site for more facts. Outlook will ask you for an email address to set up so just enter your Gmail address and tap on the option of Connect. It will now ask for your Gmail password so enter it and tap Sign in. The next window explains to you how Outlook will access your Gmail and Google accounts. In case you agree with this, tap the option that says Allow. The emphasis will shift back to the Outlook window, so displaying that your Gmail IMAP account was added in the right way. In the end, tap on Done to finish, go to Outlook and ensure it’s populating with your Gmail account.
